Leadership & Mentorship Program (LAMP)

The Learning and Mentorship Program is a school based mentoring program created by BLSA that matches BLSA members with local high school students. The goal of LAMP is to establish action-oriented mentoring relationship that helps to eliminate achievement gaps.
